Our story
At Pollo Movil Mexican Grill, we are passionate about bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to our customers. Our journey began over 20 years ago when our founder, Edgar, immigrated to the United States and started working in various Mexican restaurants.
He eventually saved up enough money to open his own restaurant — and Pollo Movil Mexican Grill was born.
We cook with fresh, high-quality ingredients: our meats come from local farms and our produce is delivered daily. That's the flavor you taste in every taco and every piece of pollo asado.
